Discounted bundles for more dependable support
Retainer hours include Basics and Professional Services items. This is great for projects that take longer than an hour charged at $35 or to reserve dependable assistance on a monthly basis.
Discounts start at 5 (five) hours minimum.
Why consider retainer? Maybe your budget doesn’t accommodate another employee or any employees, but you definitely need some extra support to move your business to the next level. With a retainer not only do you get a discount, you also get your project done and that’s it. No temporary hire, no overhead, no onboarding or offboarding.

Retainer is calculated at $35 / hour minus the indicated discount and excluding Specialized items.

Retainers must be paid in advanced.

Retainer hours must be used within 30 business days.

Hours expire at 30 business days from purchase, excluding holidays and blackout dates.

Expired hours are not eligible for refunds, please see Refund Policy for eligibility.

Extra hours used are charged at the normal rate of $35 / hr. separate to the amount per retainer.

Holidays observed and blackout dates are noted on the Calendar. Work done during holidays and blackout dates is at the client's discretion with the fee per hour rising to $70/ hr. and the discount is nulled for those hours. These hours count for the total hours purchased.
